“Ron and his crew restored our side and back year after garage addition.
The following is a list of items that Ron address for us with our yard:
1) Addressed grading issues left by the contractor with the side and back yard. This required multiple loads of fill.
2) He built a small retaining wall at the side of our driveway.
3) Added two additional sprinkler heads to our existing system.
4) Brought in between 20 and 30 yards of good quality loom and spread it over the entire area.
5) Fix lawn damage on both sides of our driveway.
6) Had the entire area hydro-seeded.
Overall the process took about a week of on and off work on the project. We are very happy with the results and would have no problem recommending him to someone. He was honest, communicate issues as they came up, set our expectations on when he would be by, and was attentive to the details. During the project the additional sprinkler heads were an add on and he had to increase the amount of loam, based on our additional requests for areas that were not originally in the scope of the project.”
